Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

• All bets are final once confirmed. Placed bets cannot be cancelled except in cases where JQK Club expressly permits
• Odds displayed are valid at the time the bet is placed. Any changes in odds after confirmation will not affect bets that have already been placed.
• If a match is postponed by more than 12 hours from its scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned to the account balance
• In the event of a disputed result or an incomplete match, JQK Club reserves the right to make final decisions based on official rulings from the relevant sporting body

Account Closure & Termination

Closure by Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team JQK Club. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe.

Closure by JQK Club: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You have breached any of these Terms & Conditions

• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
